Brentford Football Club Ltd

The club was founded in 1889 and plays home games at Griffin Park (capacity: 12,763), its home stadium since 1904. Brentford’s most successful spell came during the 1930s, achieving consecutive top six finishes in the top division. Since the War, the club spent most of its time in the third and fourth tiers of English League football, but from 2009, and the injection of financial support from Matthew Benham, the club has risen from League 2 (fourth tier) and established itself as a fixture in the Championship (second tier).
