Huddersfield Town Football Club was formed in 1908. The club won the FA Cup in 1922. On 2nd February 2005, the name of the club was changed from Huddersfield Town Association Football Club to Huddersfield Town Football Club.

Home matches are played at the Galpharm Stadium - capacity 24,500.
