Otail M Touzar (possibly spelt Tawzar) is a Moroccan businessman based in Dubai. He has interests in sports managament and broadcasting. He decided to buy Salisbury while he was engaged in negotiatons to acquire a Premier League or La Liga club, or so it is claimed.
His first act as owner was to sign Prince Khalid bin Bandar Alsaud, a member of the Saudi royal family, from Bromley reserves. The transfer cannot go ahead at present as the club are under a transfer embargo until they sort out their finances.
